FAQ

(Frequently Asked Questions)

Q.  How does this all work?

A.  Please check out the Explanation page for more info.

Q.  Are these gifts really free?

A.  Yes!  Every time an offer is completed the reward site gains money which is then used to buy your gift.  Check out the Explanation page for a detailed answer.

Q.  Do I need a credit/debit card?

A.  Yes you will need a credit or debit card in order to sign up to and complete most offers. There are however a few offers that will not need this information.

Q.  Do I need to spend money completing offers?

A.  No, there are free trials which can be completed as an offer.  Any other offer will usually cost you no more than £10, which if you think about it is a whole deal better than buying one of these gifts for the full price.

Q.  I have completed an offer but the reward site says I haven't.

A.  If you have completed an offer but have not yet received your credit after 1-2 weeks, submit a support ticket via the support system on the reward site.

Q.  I want a gift that is not listed on the site, what do I do?

A.  Open a support ticket and ask if it is possible to make an arrangement.  Most reward sites will let you do this and will be more than happy to help you out.

Q.  Can I create more than one(1) account?

A.  You cannot create more than one(1) account on the same site, eg. apple.real-incentives.  You can however create one(1) account on each of the network's sites, (Real-incentives is an example of a network of sites).  This means that you can sign up to all of the gifts that are listed on our Gifts page.  (apple.real-incentives, wii.real-incentives...etc).

Q.  Can I get lots of free gifts from the same site?

A.  Most sites will not allow you to do so, although some of the newer sites are allowing this.  The problem with trying to get free gifts from the same site would be that you'd have to complete a different offer, and get even more people to sign up.

Q.  How do I check if my referrals have completed offers?

A.  You must look at the Status page of the reward site.

Q.  Can I refer someone I live with?

A.  No.  You are only allowed one(1) account per household.

Q. What is a 'green'?

A. A 'green' is when somebody has signed up via your link and completed an offer, meaning they count as one of your referrals. The process of completing an offer is called 'Going green'. A 'yellow' is when somebody has signed up via your link but has not completed an offer.

Q. Where can I trade greens, and learn more about freebies and reward sites?

A. Go to the Links page and join eXceem.

Q.  What do I do if I have a question that isn't listed here?

A.  You can email us at support@rewardguide.co.uk
