Q.  Can I really get something for free?

Q.  Genuinely, free?

1. A. I think these guys would say so!
   

Q.  Do I need to spend money completing offers?

1. A. No, there are free trials which can be completed as an offer.  Any other offer will usually cost £5-£10.
   

Q.  I have completed an offer but the incentive site says I haven't.

1. A. Crediting the offer can take up to 14 days, so don’t worry if within this time your status still tells you to complete one.
   

Q.  I want a gift that is not listed on the site, what do I do?

1. A. Most sites have a ‘Custom Order’ option, if they don’t then open a support ticket and something can usually be arranged.
   

Q.  Can I create more than one account?

1. A. No, otherwise the advertisers would not pay out commission for quality and unique customers.
   

Q.  Can I refer someone I live with?

1. A. No.  You are only allowed one account per household.
